摘要
为研究高校第二课堂心理健康课程的建设现状,采用文献研读法系统梳理国内外高校心理健康教育研究情况,继而选择某校学生为研究对象进行问卷调查与访谈,总结学生的反馈意见。调查结果显示,该校心理健康教育在第二课堂中的占比相对较低,与其他领域缺乏交叉合作,学生对课程的接受程度有待提高,但总体上产生了积极的学习效果,学生的心理健康水平有所提高。基于此,提出以下改进建议:提高心理健康课程在第二课堂的权重,结合学生兴趣和需求开展多样化的心理健康活动。推广宣传第二课堂心理健康教育课程,扩大课程的影响力,让更多的学生受益。提高第二课堂心理健康教育课程的实际效果,制订更具针对性的教学计划,注重培养学生的自我认知与自我管理能力。促进心理健康教育师资队伍的跨学科合作,提高第二课堂心理健康教育的针对性与有效性。
In order to study the construction status of the second classroom mental health course in colleges and universities,the study systematically reviews the current research status of mental health education in colleges and universities at home and abroad with literature method,does questionnaire survey and interviews the research objects in a certain school,and summarizes their feedback.The survey results show that the proportion of mental health education in the second classroom of the school is relatively low,lack of cross-cooperation with other fields,students’acceptance of the course needs to be improved,but on the whole,positive learning effect has been produced,and students’mental health level has been improved.Based on this,the following suggestions are put forward:to increase the weight of mental health courses in the second classroom,and to carry out diversified mental health activities according to students’interests and needs;to promote and publicize the second classroom mental health education course,to expand the influence of the course,so that more students can be benefited;to improve the actual effect of the second class mental health education course,to formulate more targeted teaching plans,and to pay attention to cultivating students’self-cognition and self-management ability;to promote the interdisciplinary cooperation of mental health education teachers,and to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of mental health education in the second classroom.
