Influence of Integrated Management of One-stop Student Community on Student Behavior

采用定量分析和趋势研究法,从社区环境、资源支持、社区管理和学生参与等多个维度分析学生社区综合管理对学生行为表现的影响。结果表明,社区环境、资源支持、社区管理和学生参与对学生的行为表现产生积极影响,各维度间存在较强的相关性,且社区管理显著影响社区环境、资源支持与学生参与等。根据CRITIC法可知,社区环境在影响学生行为表现方面具有最高的权重,其次是学生参与、资源支持与社区管理。提高社区环境质量、加大资源支持、提升社区管理水平、提高学生参与水平与定期进行检测与评估等能更好地挖掘学生社区综合管理的潜力,促使学生积极参加社区活动。

The study analyzes the influence of comprehensive community management on students’behavior from multiple dimensions:community environment,resource support,community management and student participation,etc.with quantitative analysis and trend research method.The results show that community environment,resource support,community management and student participation have positive influence on student behavior.There is strong correlation among all dimensions.Community management has significant influence on community environment,resource support and student participation.According to CRITIC method,community environment has the greatest weight in influencing students’behavior performance,followed by student participation,resource support and community management.It is suggested to improve the quality of community environment,increase resource support,promote the level of community management,improve the level of students’participation,and conduct regular testing and evaluation,etc.,so as to better explore the potential of students’community comprehensive management,and encourage students to actively participate in community activities.
