摘要
齿轮广泛应用于机械传动系统,其服役性能直接决定了整机设备的寿命和可靠性.齿根断裂是齿轮最危险的失效形式.齿轮弯曲疲劳试验方法有脉动型试验和运转型试验.脉动型试验因其良好的经济性和高效率,已成为国内外最常用的齿轮弯曲疲劳试验方法.但其固定齿轮不动的试验方案与齿轮啮合运转的情况不同,导致脉动型试验与运转型试验结果有所差异.为了补偿脉动型试验结果与运转型试验的差异,设计中引入了转化系数fkorr来修正脉动型试验的结果,然而面向当前材料和工艺环境的fkorr取值不清楚.本文基于最小次序统计量方法,建立了脉动型试验与运转型试验的转化模型,对12组不同材料、工艺和模数齿轮的脉动型试验结果进行分析.结果表明,转化系数fkorr在0.93~0.97之间,并讨论了材料、工艺和模数对转化系数的影响,为齿轮弯曲疲劳高效试验和抗疲劳设计提供了方法和数据支撑.
Single tooth bending fatigue(STBF)test has become the most widely used gear bending fatigue test method due to its good economy and effectiveness.The STBF test and the running gear(RG)test,however,differ because the fixed gear’s test scheme differs from the meshing of the gear in real life.To compensate for the difference between the STBF test and the RG test,the transformation factor fkorr is introduced to correct the STBF test results.Based on the minimum order statistic method,a transformation model between the STBF test and the RG test is established.An analysis is done on the STBF test results of 12 groups of gears with various procedures,materials,and modulus.The results indicate that the transformation factor fkorr is between 0.93 and 0.97.An effective bending fatigue test and an anti-fatigue design of gears are supported by data and a method that discusses the impact of material,process,and modulus on the transformation factor.
