摘要
在社会老龄化背景下,角色建构是帮助老年群体实现积极老龄化的有效途径,但老年人在角色建构过程中存在诸多挑战,学习能够为老年人角色建构提供支持保障。本研究采用多案例分析法,依托10所老年教育机构开展的老年学习项目,对养老院、社区、老年大学中的老年学习者展开访谈。研究发现,学习赋能老年人角色建构的三类场景,提供信息、平台与关系支持,助力老年人在角色建构过程中应对已有角色规则变化,挑战新旧角色更替,增进角色理解。
In the context of social aging,role construction is an effective way to help the elderly achieve ac-tive aging.However,there are many challenges in the process of role construction for the elderly.Learning can provide support and guarantee for the role construction of the elderly.In this study,the multi-case analysis method was used to interview elderly learners in nursing homes,communities and universities for the elderly through 10 el-derly learning projects.It is found that learning empowers three types of scenarios that enable the elderly to con-struct roles by providing information,platforms and relationship support.Through learning,the elderly can cope with changes in existing role rules,challenge the replacement of old and new roles,and enhance role understand-ing intheprocess of role construction.
