精神生产是构建马克思主义唯物史观的重要范畴。马克思精神生产理论对于把握唯物史观下精神生产的实质、从精神生产角度促进人的自由全面发展、破解新时代中国人精神生活共同富裕的难题等具有重要的时代价值。根据唯物史观,在“供给--需求”辩证关系的理论框架下,精神生产的有效供给就是精神产品能够有效满足人民日益增长的精神文化需求。当前,实现我国精神生产的有效供给面临资本逻辑、文化交锋、数字异化、机制壁垒等现实挑战。精神生活共同富裕视域下精神生产有效供给要以提高供给质量为目标,以社会主义核心价值观为价值引领,以坚守中华文化为立场观点,以优化数字智能为技术支持,以健全现代公共文化机制为制度要求,通过夯实精神生产的价值根基、厚植精神生产的文化底蕴、优化精神生产的表达方式、健全精神生产的共享机制等理路深化精神生产供给侧改革,为满足人民群众日益增长的多层次、多样化的精神文化需求,提供高质量的社会精神产品和公共精神产品,助力精神生活共同富裕的实现。

Spiritual production is an important category in the construction of Marxist historical materialism.Marx's theory of spiritual production is of great value for grasping the essence of spiritual production under historical materialism,promoting the free and comprehensive development of human beings from the perspective of spiritual production,and solving the problem of common prosperity in the spiritual life of Chinese people in the new era.According to historical materialism,the effective supply of spiritual production under the theoretical framework of"supply-demand"dialectical relationship means that spiritual products can effectively meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the people.Currently,the realization of the effective supply of spiritual production in China is faced with practical challenges such as capital logic,cultural encounter,digital alienation and mechanism barriers.The effective supply of spiritual production under the perspective of common affluence of spiritual life should take the improvement of supply quality as the goal,socialist core values as the value guide,Chinese culture as the position and viewpoint,digital intelligence as the technical support,and modern public cultural mechanism as the institutional requirement,deepen the supply-side reform of spiritual production,provide high-quality social spiritual products and public spiritual products to meet the growing multi-level and diversified spiritual cultural needs of the people,and help realize the common affluence of spiritual life by strengthening the value foundation of spiritual production,cultivating the cultural heritage of spiritual production,optimizing the expression of spiritual production,and improving the sharing mechanism of spiritual production.
