中华民族共同体理念:疏解民族国家与多民族国家话语纠缠的中国方案

The Idea of the Community of Chinese Nation:China's Solution to the Discourse Entanglement between the Nation-Stateandthe Multi-Ethnic

民族国家发端于欧洲,其在争夺殖民地过程中不断形成现代国家形式。民族国家的语义应包括单一民族国家和多民族国家。在全球化背景下,即便是单一民族国家也不得不面对本国事实存在的多民族现状。无论历史传统和《宪法》规制,中国都是统一多民族国家,用单一民族国家的理论思维去解读中国多民族的现实必然会产生实践错位。中华民族共同体理念的提出,厘清了民族与国家的关系,疏解了单一民族国家与多民族国家的话语纠缠,实现了民族国家话语丛林中“多民族国家”的逻辑转换,化解了民族(Nation)-国家(State)语义中“民族”被引向单一民族的歧误,又为世界多民族国家建构国民认同(National Identity)提供了中国方案。

The nation-state originated in Europe,and in the process of competing for colonies,it constantly formed the form of modern state.The semantics of a nation-state should include the monoethnic state and the multi-ethnic state.In the context of globalization,even the mono-ethnic state has to face the current situation of its own facts which have many ethnic groups.Regardless of the historical tradition and the Constitution,China is a unified multi-ethnic country,and interpreting the reality of China's multi-ethnic with the theoretical thinking of a single nation-state will inevitably lead to practical dislocation.The proposition of the concept of the Chinese nation community clarifies the relationship between the nation and the state,breaks through the discourse entanglement between the single nationstate and the multi-ethnic state,realizes the logical transformation of the multi-ethnic state in the discourse jungle of the nation-state,and resolves the misunderstanding that the nation is led to the single nation in the semantics of the nation-state.It also provides China's approach for the construction of national identity in multi-ethnic countries in the world.
