摘要
20世纪中叶产生的阿拉伯社会主义是一种有别于资本主义和共产主义的现代性理论与现代化制度。一方面,阿拉伯社会主义对西方资本主义价值系统进行重塑,形成了关于理性、自由与民主的阿拉伯现代性理论;另一方面,阿拉伯社会主义采纳并改造了共产主义国家的发展模式,产生了一种有别于共产主义国家的现代化制度。作为一种新的现代性理论规划与制度模式,阿拉伯社会主义是20世纪中叶阿拉伯总统共和制国家应对外围资本主义经济形态与建构现代民族国家合法性的产物。
Arab socialism produced in the middle of the 20th century is a modernity theory and modernization system different from capitalism and communism.On the one hand,Arab socialism reshaped the value system of Western capitalism,forming the Arab modernity theory of rationality,freedom and democracy;on the other hand,Arab socialism adopted and transformed the development model of communist countries,resulting in A modern system distinct from the communist state.As a new theoretical planning and institutional model of modernity,Arab socialism is the product of Arab presidential republics responding to peripheral capitalist economic forms and constructing the legitimacy of modern nation-states in the middle of the 20th century.
