摘要
体面劳动感是指劳动者对工作中各项权益受保障程度的个体感知,提高护士体面劳动感可以提高其职业认同感,降低离职意愿。我国对护士体面劳动感的研究尚处于初期阶段,因此,本文就护士体面劳动感的研究进展进行综述,介绍体面劳动感的测评工具,了解护士体面劳动感的影响因素,提出有效提高护士体面劳动感的策略,为护理医疗机构和管理人员提供参考。
The decent work perception refers to workers'individual perceptions of the extent to which their rights and interests are protected at work,and improving nurses'decent work perception can improve their sense of professional identity and reduce their turnover intention.The research on nurses'sense of decent work is still at an early stage in China,therefore,the paper reviews the progress of research on nurses'sense of decent work,introduces the assessment tools for measuring the sense of decent work,understands the factors influencing nurses'sense of decent work,and proposes strategies to effectively improve nurses'sense of decent work,so as to provide reference for nursing healthcare institutions and managers.
