新文科背景下考古学本科人才培养的现状与思考——以高校考古学本科培养方案的内容分析为基础

Current Situation and Thoughts on the Archaeology Undergraduate Cultivation in the Context of the New Liberal Arts Construction

摘要 “新文科”建设以学科交叉融合为基础,以构建世界水平、中国特色的文科人才培养体系为目标。考古学天然的跨学科属性,有利于遵照“新文科”建设思路进行人才培养改革。本文以10所开设考古学本科专业的高校为样本,运用内容分析法探究培养目标与课程设置的内容特征,实证分析我国考古学本科人才培养的现状。在定性与定量分析相结合的基础上,提出在“新文科”建设背景之下考古学本科教育优化完善的思路:一是加强培养方案顶层设计,细化人才培养目标;二是精炼专业课程体系,提高学科融合深度;三是培养人才国际对话能力,讲好中国考古故事。 The construction of "new liberal arts" is based on interdisciplinary integration and aims to build a liberal arts talent training system with world-class and Chinese characteristics. The natural interdisciplinary nature of archaeology is conducive to the reform of talent training, following the educational concept of "new liberal arts". Taking 10 universities offering undergraduate program in archeology as a sample, this paper adopts the content analysis approach to explore the content characteristics of training objectives and curriculum,and empirically analyzes the current situation of archaeology undergraduate training in China. Based on the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, this paper puts forward some ideas for the optimization and improvement of archaeology undergraduate education under the background of the construction of "new liberal arts" : first, strengthen the top-level design of training scheme and refine talent training objectives;Second, refine the professional curriculum system and improve the depth of discipline integration;Third, cultivate talents' ability of international dialogue and tell Chinese Archaeological stories well.
