摘要
教学工作重塑作为员工主动调整工作认知、任务与关系的行为,是教师进行教学创新行为的重要驱动因素,系统阐释教学工作重塑激发教师进行教学创新的内在机制非常重要。基于情绪智力理论和社会认知理论,构建教学工作重塑通过情绪智力和教学自我效能感影响教师进行教学创新行为的链式中介模型,并探讨工作负荷的调节作用,以收集的505份有效数据为样本进行实证分析。研究发现,教学工作重塑对教学创新行为具有积极的正向影响;情绪智力和教学自我效能感在教学工作重塑对教学创新行为的影响过程中具有链式中介作用,工作负荷对此路径具有弱化作用,教师的工作负荷越高,其教学工作重塑对教学创新行为的影响越弱,情绪智力对教学创新行为的影响路径也越弱。
Teaching work reshaping,as the active behavior of employees to adjust work cognition,tasks,and relationships,is an important driving factor for teachers to engage in teaching innovation.It is important to systematically explain the internal mechanism of teaching work reshaping in stimulating teachers to engage in teaching innovation.Based on the theories of emotional intelligence and social cognition,a chain mediated model is constructed for the influence of teaching work reshaping on teachers'innovative teaching behavior through emotional intelligence and teaching self-efficacy.The moderating effect of workload is also explored in this study,with an empirical analysis of 505 valid data samples.Research has found that teaching work reshaping has a positive impact on teaching innovation behavior;emotional intelligence and teaching self-efficacy have a chain mediating effect on the impact of teaching work reshaping on teaching innovation behavior,and workload has a weakening effect on this path.The higher the workload of teachers,the weaker the impact of teaching work reshaping on teaching innovation behavior,and the weaker the impact of emotional intelligence on teaching innovation behavior.
