摘要
新时代高等工程教育肩负着培养具备知识更新能力、岗位适应能力、职业拓展能力的工程人才的重任,构建以多维度培养质量评价为基础的特色化人才培养体系是重中之重。该文梳理国内外工程人才培养的相关进展,分析了人才培养质量评价要素,设计定量评价与定性评价相结合的人才培养质量评价指标体系,建立起持续改进机制。在评价与改进的基础上,构建以学生能力培养为中心、符合工程教育认证标准的电力特色自动化类专业课程体系,完善理论课程与实践课程设置,厘清课程与学生能力培养之间的映射关系,形成培养“解决复杂工程问题”能力的教学布局。以华北电力大学自动化类工程人才培养为例,介绍改革实践成效,希望为行业特色工程人才培养提供借鉴与参考。
Higher engineering education in the new era undertakes the important task of training engineering talents with knowledge updating ability,position adaptation ability and career expansion ability.It is the top priority to construct a characteristic talent training system based on multidimensional training quality evaluation.This paper sorts out the relevant progress of engineering talent training at home and abroad,analyzes the evaluation elements of talent training quality,designs the evaluation index system of talent training quality combining quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation,and establishes the continuous improvement mechanism.On the basis of the evaluation and improvement,the automation major constructs a course system with electric power characteristic,which focuses on students'ability training and meets the engineering education certification standards.Meanwhile,the theory and practice curriculum are improved and the mapping relationship between curriculum and the students'ability training is clarified,thus achieving the teaching layout to cultivate the ability of‘solving complex engineering problems’.Taking the automation major in North China Electric Power University as an example,this paper introduces the practical results of the reform,hoping to provide reference for the training of engineering talent with industry characteristics.
