非均质复杂岩体深凹露天煤矿爆破参数优选确定

Optimization and Determination of Blasting Parameters in Deep Concave Open-pit Coal Mine with Heterogeneous Complex Rock Mass

摘要 为了减小非均质复杂岩体深凹露天煤矿爆破所产生的岩体大块,基于对新疆北塔山牧场煤矿爆破现场非均质复杂岩体岩性特点分析研究,并根据岩体节理、裂隙发育的变化趋势和岩体结构面对爆破作用的影响及现场所选用的爆破参数,优选提出了非均质复杂岩体深凹露天煤矿爆破参数优选方案及相关联的爆破关键技术:优选确定深孔爆破参数、炮孔装药结构和孔间毫秒微差间隔时间使爆破效能持续有效;优化设计多种起爆单元形式组合、多段位毫秒微差和炮孔连接线可变的起爆网路以增强爆破作用。现场爆破实验结果表明,采用优选的爆破参数和关键技术,能较好地解决深凹露天煤矿受结构面影响的复杂岩体爆破技术难题。 In order to reduce the large rock mass produced by blasting of heterogeneous complex rock mass in deep-concave open-pit coal mine,based on the analysis and research on the lithologic characteristics of heterogeneous complex rock mass in the blasting site of Beitashan Rancho coal mine in Xinjiang province,and according to the changing trend of rock joint and fissure development,the influence of rock mass structure on blasting action and the blasting parameters selected on site,the optimization scheme of blasting parameters in deep concave open-pit coal mine with heterogeneous complex rock mass and the related blasting key technologies are put forward:determine the parameters of deep-hole blasting,the charging structure of the hole and the millisecond millisecond interval between holes to make the blasting efficiency sustainable and effective;optimize the design of a detonation network with multiple combinations of initiation elements,multi-stage millisecond millisecond differential and variable hole connection line to enhance blasting effect.The results of field blasting experiment show that the complex rock mass blasting technical problem affected by structural plane in deep concave open-pit coal mine can be better solved by using the optimal blasting parameters and key technologies.
