摘要
为解决高应力软岩巷道支护难题,以赵固二矿14040工作面底抽巷为研究重点,提出了“锚网索喷+注浆+底板非对称锚注”的支护方法,并针对顶、底板不同支护形式,利用数值模拟软件进行了模拟和优选,研究不同支护形式中巷道位移场演化、塑性区和应力分布,优化了底抽巷道支护方案。结果表明:对于顶板支护,采用全长锚固方案要优于端部锚固1.5 m;对于底板支护,采用无钢梁非对称锚固形式更为经济有效。通过现场位移监测结果表明,该支护方案能够满足安全生产需求。
In order to solve the support problem of high stress soft rock roadway,the support method of"anchor mesh,cable,bolting and shotcrete+grouting+floor asymmetric anchor-grouting"was proposed with the transportation bottom pumping roadway of 14040 working face in Zhaogu No.2 coal mine.The distribution of the plastic zone,the displacement field and stress in the roadway with different support methods are studied,and the support scheme of the bottom pumping roadway is optimized.The results show that the full-length anchorage scheme is better than the end anchorage 1.5 m for roof support;for the bottom plate support mode,it is more economical and effective to adopt the unsymmetrical anchorage mode without steel beam;the field displacement monitoring results show that the support scheme can meet the needs of safety production.
