摘要
瓦斯抽采钻孔施工是落实区域防治煤与瓦斯突出措施的关键一步,目前,底抽巷穿层钻孔施工多采用普通液压钻机,而在钻进过程中无法知道钻孔轨迹和钻头层位,主要依靠人的专业知识和一些外界信息来分析判断钻孔是否到达设计层位,这种方法受工人经验积累程度,信息滞后、干扰因素多的影响,判断结果往往具有一定偏差、延迟和误差。通过采集钻机的钻进参数,开发了适用于煤矿井下瓦斯抽采钻机的钻孔煤岩识别系统,为底抽巷穿层钻孔层位的判定提供科学依据和指导,改善了现有人工识别的不准确、不及时情况,避免了见煤后进尺过多和过煤的现象,提高了钻孔施工的经济性。
Gas extraction drilling construction is a key step to implement regional measures to prevent coal and gas protrusion,at present,the bottom extraction lane through the layer drilling construction mostly using ordinary hydraulic drilling rig,and in the drilling process can not know the drilling trajectory and drill bit layer,mainly rely on human expertise and some external information to analyze and judge whether the drilling reaches the design layer,this method is subject to the degree of workers′experience accumulation,information lag,many interference factors,this method is affected by the accumulated experience of workers,the lag of information and many interfering factors,and the judgment result often has certain deviation,delay and error.By collecting drilling parameters of drilling rigs,developed a coal rock identification system applicable to underground gas extraction drilling rigs in coal mines,which provides scientific basis and guidance for determining the layer level of bottom extraction lane penetration drilling,improves the inaccurate and untimely situation of existing manual identification,avoids the phenomenon of excessive feed and overcoal after seeing coal,and improves the economy of drilling construction.
