易燃煤层综放工作面撤架期间防灭火高效阻化技术研究

Study on Efficient Suppression and Retardation Technology for Fire Prevention and Suppression during Withdrawal of Fully Mechanized Caving Face in Combustible Coal Seam

摘要 易燃煤层综放工作面停采撤架期间存在遗煤长时间滞留、煤炭自燃等问题。以8416工作面为工作背景,研发了复合阻化剂,阐明复合阻化剂对煤炭自燃的阻化机制,分析不同阻化剂低温氧化过程中的CO,CO_(2)产生量。结果表明:复合阻化剂对煤炭自燃具有很强的阻化效果;阻化后的煤样侧链在氧化过程中不易被氧化,形成的氧化官能团产物明显降低;阻化剂能够明显抑制自由基链式反应从而达到抑制煤炭自燃;现场钻孔压注5 t复合阻化剂,架间温度降至24℃以下,CO气体浓度迅速降低至12×10^(-6)以下,撤架期间未再出现自燃征兆,阻化效果良好。 During the stoppage of mining and withdrawal of the comprehensive discharge working face in the combustible coal seam,there are problems such as long time retention of coal remains and spontaneous combustion of coal.With 8416 working face as the working background,a composite inhibitor was developed to elucidate the inhibition mechanism of the composite inhibitor on spontaneous combustion of coal,and analyze the amount of CO and CO_(2) produced in the low-temperature oxidation process of different inhibitors.The results show that:the composite inhibitor has strong inhibition effect on spontaneous combustion of coal;the side chain of the coal samples after inhibition is not easy to be oxidized during the oxidation process,and the formation of oxidation functional group products is obviously reduced;the inhibitor can obviously inhibit the free radical chain reaction so as to achieve the inhibition of spontaneous combustion of coal.The on-site drilling and pressure injection of 5 t of the composite inhibitor,the temperature of the inter-shelf area is reduced to below 24℃,and the concentration of CO gas is reduced rapidly to below 12×10^(-6).And there was no sign of spontaneous combustion during the withdrawal period,so the inhibition effect was good.
