绿色生产社会化服务对农业生产效率的影响研究——以江苏省水稻生产为例

The Impact of Green Production Socialization Services on Agricultural Production Efficiency:A Case Study of Rice Production in Jiangsu Province

本研究利用2020年江苏省实地调研数据,通过四阶段DEA–Tobit模型实证检验绿色生产社会化服务对农户生产效率的影响及其可能的路径,并探讨不同规模下影响的差异。研究表明:(1)一阶段样本农户的平均生产效率为0.121,在剔除环境因素和管理无效率后综合效率值上升至0.511,处于较高效率水平,表明环境因素和管理无效率对样本农户水稻生产效率产生重要影响;(2)采用绿色生产社会化服务显著提高了样本农户水稻生产的全要素生产率,且对规模经营主体和小农户的影响并不具有明显差异,以上结论在稳健性检验后仍然成立。基于以上分析,本研究认为应该借鉴“政府购买+市场主体运作”等形式,调动多主体积极性,促进绿色生产社会化服务市场健全发展,实现农业现代化。

Using field research data in Jiangsu Province in 2020,this study empirically examined the impact of socialized green production services on farmers’productivity and its possible paths using a four-stage DEA-Tobit model as an entry point,and further explored the differences in the impact at different scales.The results showed that,(1)The average production efficiency of the sample farmers in the first stage was 0.121,and the overall efficiency value increased to 0.511 after excluding environmental factors and management inefficiency,which was at a high efficiency level,indicating that environmental factors and management inefficiency had an important impact on the rice production efficiency of the sample farmers.(2)The adoption of socialized green production services significantly improved the total factor productivity of rice production of the sample farmers.Based on the above analysis,this study concluded that,we should make use of the form o“f government purchase+market entity operation”to mobilize the enthusiasm of various entities and promote the sound development of the socialized green production service market.
