摘要
目的:探讨血清S100钙结合蛋白A12(S100A12)、叉头盒蛋白F1(FOXF1)、胰高血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)水平与老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)患者疾病严重程度的关系。方法:本研究为病例对照研究,选取2020年10月至2022年10月河南宏力医院健康管理中心收治的145例老年CHD患者为CHD组,男89例,女56例,年龄(68.56±3.97)岁,年龄范围为60~77岁。根据1∶1原则,另选取河南宏力医院健康管理中心同期145名健康体检者为健康体检组,所有受检者均行超声心电图、血液检查及冠状动脉造影等检查。比较两组纳入者、CHD组患者不同病变程度及不同病变支数的血清S100A12、FOXF1、GLP-1的水平,并分析与Gensini评分、病变支数的相关性。结果:CHD组血清S100A12水平[(273.51±85.24)ng/L]高于健康体检组[(203.67±72.04)ng/L],血清FOXF1(0.94±0.31)、GLP-1水平[(12.87±0.16)pmol/L]低于健康体检组[(2.46±0.63)、(19.42±0.19)pmol/L],差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。CHD组不同病变程度患者血清S100A12水平比较,轻度病变<中度病变<重度病变,血清FOXF1、GLP-1水平比较,轻度病变>中度病变>重度病变;不同病变支数患者血清S100A12水平比较,单支病变<双支病变<三支病变,血清FOXF1、GLP-1水平比较,单支病变>双支病变>三支病变,差异均有统计学意义( P<0.05)。CHD组患者血清S100A12水平与Gensini评分、病变支数呈正相关( P<0.001),血清FOXF1、GLP-1水平与Gensini评分、病变支数呈负相关( P<0.001)。 结论:血清S100A12、FOXF1、GLP-1水平与老年CHD患者病情严重程度密切相关,可为临床评估病情提供可靠参考。
ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between serum levels of S100 calc-binding protein A12(S100A12),forkhead box F1(FOXF1),glucagon-like peptide-1(GLP-1)and disease severity in elderly patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD).MethodsThis study was a case-control study,a total of 145 elderly CHD patients admitted to the Health Management Center of Henan Hongli Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the CHD group,including 89 males and 56 females,aged(68.56±3.97)years old,ranging from 60 to 77 years old.According to the 1∶1 principle,another 145 health examination people in the department of Health Management Center of Henan Hongli Hospital during the same period were selected as the health examination group.All the subjects underwent ultrasonic electrocardiography,blood examination and coronary angiography.The levels of serum S100A12,FOXF1 and GLP-1 in patients with different lesion degree and number of lesion were compared between the two groups and CHD group,and the correlation with Gensini score and number of lesion was analyzed.ResultsSerum S100A12 level in CHD group[(273.51±85.24)ng/L]was higher than that in health examination group[(203.67±72.04)ng/L],the levels of serum FOXF1(0.94±0.31)and GLP-1[(12.87±0.16)pmol/L]were lower than those of control group[(2.46±0.63)and(19.42±0.19)pmol/L],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum S100A12 in patients with different disease degree in CHD group were compared,mild disease<moderate disease<severe disease,the levels of serum FOXF1 and GLP-1 were compared,mild disease>moderate disease>severe disease,the level of serum S100A12 in patients with different number of lesions was compared,single branch lesion<double branch lesion<triple branch lesion,the level of serum FOXF1 and GLP-1 was compared,single branch lesion>double branch lesion>triple branch lesion,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In CHD group,serum S100A12 level was positively correlated with Gensini score and lesion number(P<0.001),while serum FOXF1 and GLP-1 level were negatively correlated with Gensini score and lesion number(P<0.001).ConclusionsSerum levels of S100A12,FOXF1 and GLP-1 are closely related to the severity of CHD in elderly patients,which can provide a reliable reference for clinical evaluation.
