GATA结合蛋白3和烟酰胺-N-甲基转移酶在胃癌组织的表达及其临床意义

摘要 目的:探讨GATA结合蛋白3(GATA3)和烟酰胺-N-甲基转移酶(NNMT)在胃癌组织的表达,其各自与胃癌患者临床特征的关系。方法:选取2019年1月至2023年2月广东医科大学附属医院收治的88例胃癌患者组织及对应癌旁组织标本,采用免疫组织化学方法检测组织标本中GATA3和NNMT表达水平,应用χ^(2)检验分析其表达与胃癌患者临床特征的关系。结果:胃癌组织中GATA3表达率为40.91%(36/88),明显低于对应癌旁组织[77.27%(68/88)],差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=24.068,P<0.01)。GATA3表达水平与胃癌患者组织学分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移明显相关(χ^(2)=5.892、4.346、4.676,P<0.05),GATA3表达水平与胃癌患者年龄、肿瘤大小、性别无明显相关(χ^(2)=0.050、0.004、1.411,P>0.05)。胃癌组织中NNMT表达率为71.59%(63/88),明显高于对应癌旁组织[36.36%(32/88)],差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=21.980,P<0.01)。NNMT表达水平与胃癌患者TNM分期、淋巴结转移、肿瘤大小明显相关(χ^(2)=4.130、5.8420、5.965,P<0.05),NNMT表达水平与胃癌患者年龄、组织学分化程度、性别无明显相关(χ^(2)=0.034、0.060、0.144,P>0.05)。结论:胃癌组织中GATA3低表达、胃癌组织中NNMT高表达,GATA3和NNMT均为胃癌患者预后不良的影响因素。 Objective To investigate the expression of GATA binding protein 3(GATA3)and nicotinamide N-methyltransferase(NNMT)in gastric cancer,and their relationship with the clinical characteristics of gastric cancer patients.Methods From January 2019 to February 2023,88 cases of gastric cancer tissues and corresponding adjacent tissues in Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University were selected as the research objects.The expression levels of GATA3 and NNMT in tissue samples were detected by immunohistochemistry,and the relationship between their expression and the clinical characteristics of gastric cancer patients was analyzed by Chi-square test.Results The expression rate of GATA3 in gastric cancer tissues was 40.91%(36/88),which was significantly lower than that in corresponding adjacent tissues[77.27%(68/88)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=24.068,P<0.01).GATA3 expression level were significantly correlated with histological differentiation,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer patients(Respectively,χ^(2)=5.892,4.346,4.676,P<0.05).The expression level of GATA3 were not significantly correlated with age,tumor size and gender of gastric cancer patients(Respectively,χ^(2)=0.050,0.004,1.411,P>0.05).The expression rate of NNMT in gastric cancer tissues was 71.59%(63/88),which was significantly higher than that in corresponding adjacent tissues[36.36%(32/88)]and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=21.980,P<0.01).The expression level of NNMT were significantly correlated with TNM stage,lymph node metastasis and tumor size of gastric cancer patients(Respectively,χ^(2)=4.130,5.842,5.965,P<0.05).The expression level of NNMT were not significantly correlated with age,histological differentiation and gender of GC patients(Respectively,χ^(2)=0.034,0.060,0.144,P>0.05).Conclusion Low expression of GATA3 and high expression of NNMT in gastric cancer tissues,GATA3 and NNMT are associated with poor prognosis of patients with gastric cancer.
