摘要
肝脏的病理和生理状态下分子机制的深入挖掘有助于新的治疗策略的开发.单细胞测序能够提供单细胞水平的高通量测序数据,较传统的分子生物学研究手段及全组织RNA测序有明显优势,为复杂器官的疾病研究提供了强大的工具.近年来单细胞测序在肝脏中的应用拓宽了研究者对肝病的发病机制的认知.本文总结单细胞测序在正常肝脏及非酒精性脂肪肝、肝纤维化、肝细胞癌及肝移植中的研究进展.
The exploration of the mechanisms behind pathological and physiological conditions of the liver is essential for development of new therapeutic strategies.Single-cell RNA sequencing provides high-throughput sequencing data at the single cell level,which has advantages over traditional research methods,such as RNA sequencing of whole-tissue.In recent years,single-cell RNA sequencing has emerged as a powerful tool for the researches of various liver diseases,providing a deeper understanding of the mechanisms of liver diseases.This article summarizes and discusses the application of single-cell RNA sequencing in normal liver,non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,liver fibrosis,hepatocellular carcinoma,and liver transplantation.
