研究生参加学科竞赛态度及收获现状调查研究

Research on Attitudes and Current Rewards Situation of Postgraduate Students'Participation in Subject Competitions

学科竞赛作为一种提升研究生学术水平和综合素质的重要途径,对研究生的未来发展和职业前景具有较大影响。文章采用问卷调查法,调研了我国研究生参加学科竞赛的态度与收获现状,调查结果显示:大多数研究生对参加学科竞赛持有积极态度,少数学生表示一般愿意参加,只有极少数学生不愿意参加;研究生参加学科竞赛带来的主要收获包括增加比赛经验、增强创新能力、学会团队合作与管理等;研究生普遍认为参加学科竞赛对提升专业素养与创新实践能力有巨大帮助。

Subject competitions,as an important means to enhance postgraduate students'academic level and comprehensive qualities,significantly influence their future development and career prospects.This paper investigates attitudes and current rewards situation of Chinese postgraduate students participating in subject competitions through a questionnaire survey.According to the survey results,the majority of postgraduate students hold a positive attitude towards participating in subject competitions,while a few students express willingness to participate,and only a very small number of students are unwilling to participate.The main benefits of postgraduate students participating in subject competitions include gaining competition experience,fostering innovative ability,and learning teamwork and management skills.Postgraduate students generally believe that participating in subject competitions greatly helps them enhance their professional qualities and innovative practical abilities.
