摘要
大学生的积极心理品质与大学生成长成才密切相关。大学生积极心理品质的培育是高校心理健康教育工作的重要内容,本文以积极心理学为视角,针对地方高校大学生心理品质特点,分析其存在的问题及原因,制定方案并进行个案干预,以期促进大学生主动发展,提升自身积极心理品质。
The positive psychological qualities of college students are closely related to their growth and success.The cultivation of positive psychological qualities among college students is an important part of mental health education in universities.From the perspective of positive psychology,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the psychological quality characteristics of local college students,formulates plans and carries out case intervention,with a view to promoting the active development of college students and improving their own positive psychological quality.
