摘要
本研究旨在探讨团体心理辅导对初中生学业情绪的干预效果。从积极心理学的视角设计6次团体辅导课程对4个班级学生进行干预,干预前后分别对实验组与对照组进行学业情绪测查。结果可见经过6次团体辅导后,实验组消极情绪显著下降,积极情绪显著提升;实验组和对照组在积极情绪和消极情绪上的差异显著,得出结论团体心理辅导对改善初中生学业情绪具有有效性与可行性。
This study aims to explore the intervention effect of group psychological counseling on academic emotions of middle school students.From the perspective of positive psychology,6 group counseling courses were designed to intervene students in 4 classes.The experimental group and the control group were tested for academic emotion before and after intervention.After 6 group counseling sessions,the negative emotion decreased significantly and the positive emotion increased significantly.The difference of positive emotion and negative emotion between the experimental group and the control group is significant.It is concluded that group psychological counseling is effective and feasible to improve the academic emotion of junior high school students.
