摘要 协同育人是新时代应用型高校与企业共谋高质量发展的有效路径,其常见模式主要包括“项目驱动”模式、“1+X+Y”模式和“需求联动”模式等。校企协同育人进程不仅受到合作伙伴选择、制度设计、信任和沟通等因素的影响,还面临着协同动力不足、合作深度浅层化、“双师型”教师队伍建设不成熟等困境。可从畅通沟通渠道、推进“三教”改革、共建协同育人课程体系、完善配套制度建设和构建监控反馈机制等方面入手,寻求应用型高校校企协同育人的完善路径。 Collaborative education is an effective path for applied colleges and universities and enterprises to seek high-quality development in the new era.Its common modes mainly include"project driven"mode,"1+X+Y"mode and"demand linkage"mode.The process of school-enterprise collaborative education in applied colleges and universities is not only affected by the selection of partners,institutional design,trust and communication,but also faces difficulties such as lack of synergy,shallow depth of cooperation,and immature construction of"double-qualified"teachers.It is feasible to seek an improvement path of school-enterprise collaborative education in applied colleges and universities from the aspects of smoothing communication channels,promoting the reform of"three education",co-building curriculum system,and improving institutional design and constructing monitoring and feedback mechanism.
