产业集聚的影响因素及其对我国区域经济高质量发展的启示

Influencing Factors of Industrial Agglomeration and Its Implications for the High-quality Development of China’s Regional Economy

产业集群是产业在空间上的集聚状态,表现为众多产业在一个空间范围内集中,并形成产业间的有机联系。产业集聚对地区分工、收入分配乃至城市群发展都有着重要作用。本文通过分析运输成本、体制机制和区域政策对产业集聚的影响机制,结合我国不同地区在历史基础、地理环境、资源禀赋和政策导向等条件的差异,提出推动我国区域经济高质量发展的启示,研究认为,维护统一市场、推进要素流动的区域一体化政策是加速区域高质量发展的重点。

An industrial cluster is a spatial state of industrial agglomeration,which is manifested in the concentration of many industries in a spatial scope and the formation of organic links between industries.Industrial clustering plays an important role in regional division of labor,income distribution and even the development of urban agglomerations.This paper analyses the influence mechanism of transport costs,institutional mechanisms and regional policy on industrial agglomeration,and puts forward the implications of promoting the high-quality development of China’s regional economy by combining the differences of different regions in China in terms of the historical foundation,geographic environment,resource endowment and policy orientation,etc.The study concludes that the regional integration policy that maintains the unified market and promotes the flow of factors is the focus of accelerating the high-quality development of the region.
