粤北山区承接珠三角产业有序转移的路径研究

Research on the Paths of Undertaking the Orderly Transfer of Industries from the Pearl River Delta in the Mountainous Areas of Northern Guangdong Province

随着珠三角产业转型升级的推进,劳动力密集型、资本密集型产业逐渐向外转移,粤北山区积极抓住珠三角产业转移的机遇,带动本地经济发展,缩小区域发展差距。本文分析了珠三角产业转移的影响因素,包括珠三角地区产业转出的动力和阻力、粤北山区产业转入的吸引力和约束,并详细分析了粤北山区承接产业转移的比较优势以及存在的主要问题,提出要增强产业配套能力、优化投资环境、加强产业园区建设、注重人才培养,仅供参考。

With the need for industrial transformation and upgrading in the Pearl River Delta,labor-intensive and capital-intensive industries are gradually transferring out of the region,and the mountainous regions in northern Guangdong need to actively seize the opportunity of industrial transfer from the Pearl River Delta to drive local economic development and narrow the regional development gaps.This paper analyses the influencing factors of industrial transfer in the Pearl River Delta,including the driving force and resistance of industrial transfer out of the Pearl River Delta,and the attraction and constraints of industrial transfer in the mountainous regions of northern Guangdong,and analyses in detail the comparative advantages of the mountainous regions of northern Guangdong in undertaking industrial transfer as well as the main problems,and puts forward the need to enhance the supporting capacity of industries,optimize the soft environment for investment,strengthen the construction of industrial parks,and focus on the cultivation of talents,for reference.
