家电制造企业数字化转型模式探究——以海尔智家为例

Exploring Digital Transformation Models of Home Appliance Manufacturing Enterprises——Taking Haier Smart Home as an Example

随着数字经济时代的到来,我国出台一系列相关政策引导促进数字经济的发展,诸多家电制造企业以此为契机进行数字化转型升级。海尔智家于2012年开启数字化转型进程,其现行数字化推进主线是利用利润的高盈利运营体系,通过业财链接细化归集颗粒度,优化核算逻辑规则,实现到型号、订单、小微、节点、客户的全流程价值链精准核算,支撑高质量运营。本文通过介绍海尔智家数字化发展动因及历程,总结其数字化转型成果,并根据转型过程中出现的问题提出针对性建议,为海尔智家后续数字化进程的发展和其他家电制造企业的数字化转型提供借鉴,以供参考。

With the arrival of the digital economy,China has introduced a series of relevant policies to guide the promotion of the development of the digital economy,many home appliance manufacturing enterprises as an opportunity for digital transformation and upgrading.Haier Smart Home opened the digital transformation process in 2012,and its current main line of digital promotion is to use the profit of the highly profitable operating system,through the industry and financial links to refine the collection of granularity,optimize the accounting logic rules,to achieve to the model,the order,the small and micro,the node,the customer’s whole process of the value chain accurate accounting,to support the high-quality operation.This paper introduces the digital development motivation and history of Haier Smart Home,sums up its digital transformation results,and puts forward targeted recommendations based on the problems in the transformation process,to provide implications for the development of the subsequent digital process of Haier Smart Home and the digital transformation journey of other home appliance manufacturing enterprises,for reference.
