建筑火灾内攻灭火救援行动的安全对策研究

Research on safety countermeasures of firefighting and rescue operations in building fire internal attack

建筑火灾是消防救援队伍最常处置的火灾类型之一,而内攻则是控制火势蔓延、减少伤亡损失的最有效战术。现通过梳理、分析近年来的典型伤亡案例,总结了消防救援人员在建筑火灾内攻时发生伤亡事故的主要原因,提出了消防救援人员在组织建筑火灾内攻时加强自身安全防护的对策建议,以期为消防救援队伍提高灭火救援效率、减少战斗伤亡提供一定的参考。

Building fire is one of the most common types of fires handled by fire rescue teams,and internal attack is the most effective tactic to control the spread of fire and reduce casualties and losses.Now,through combing and analyzing the typical casualty cases in recent years,we summarize the main reasons for the casualty accidents of firefighters and rescue personnel during the internal attack of building fires,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for firefighters and rescue personnel to strengthen their own safety protection when organizing the internal attack of building fires,in order to improve the efficiency of fire extinguishing and rescue for firefighting and rescue teams,and to reduce the casualties of the combat to provide certain references.
