精细化工事故处置对策研究——以衢州市为例

Study on accident disposal countermeasures of fine chemical industry--Take Quzhou Municipal as an example

近年来,衢州精细化工行业快速发展,在为经济发展作出贡献的同时,也是安全生产风险集聚的重点领域。精细化工产业链特殊、高危物料多,一旦发生泄漏或者着火爆炸事故,处置安全风险特别大。因此,结合衢州市化工行业风险特点,提出消防救援队伍提升精细化工事故处置能力的一些思考。

In recent years,the fine chemical industry has developed rapidly in Quzhou.While contributing to economic development,it is also a key area of safety production risk accumulation.There are many special and highrisk materials in the fine chemical industry chain.Once a leakage or fire and explosion accident occurs,the disposal safety risk is particularly great.Therefore,combined with the risk characteristics of the chemical industry in Quzhou,some thoughts on improving the ability of fire and rescue teams to handle fine chemical accidents are put forward.
