在“全灾种、大应急”背景下,探索研究消防指挥体系现代化建设,对于提升队伍打赢制胜能力具有重要意义。因此,结合自身工作实际,以“辽宁模式”为样板,就新时期如何以信息化催生应急救援和指挥体系现代化能力建设,推动实现辅助指挥向支撑实战、城市通信向全域作战、保障自身向服务全局转变,做出了思考。

Under the background of"comprehensive disaster and coordinated emergency",exploring and studying the modernization of the fire command system is of great significance for improving the team's ability to win.Therefore,taking the"Liaoning Model"as a model,we considered how to use informatization to promote the modernization of emergency rescue and command system in the new era,and promote the transformation of auxiliary command to support actual combat,urban communication to global combat,and self-protection to serve the overall situation.
