水利防御救灾物资储备与管理模式改进措施

Improving Measures of Relief Materials Reserve and Management Mode of Water Conservancy Defense

救灾物资储备在抗灾救灾中发挥着重要的作用,但物资储备应急尚存在体系不健全、制度不完善、保障能力不足等问题。文章分析了广东省水旱灾害的特点,目前水旱灾害防御方面所取得的成果,并根据广东省灾情特点,提出高水平推进救灾物资储备与管理体系模式的改进措施,从而进一步提升应急保障能力。

Disaster relief materials reserve plays an important role in disaster relief,but there are still problems such as imperfect system,imperfect system and insufficient support capacity.This paper analyzes the characteristics of flood and drought disasters in Guangdong Province,and the achievements in flood and drought disaster prevention at present.According to the characteristics of the disaster situation in Guangdong Province,it puts forward the improvement measures to promote the reserve and management system model of disaster relief materials at a high level,so as to further enhance the emergency support ability.
