阳离子型嵌段聚醚破乳剂合成及性能评价

摘要 以乙二醇、环氧氯丙烷、环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷为主要原料合成了系列阳离子型嵌段聚醚破乳剂(CBPD),采用FTIR,1H NMR对破乳剂结构进行表征,考察了破乳剂加量、破乳温度和时间对CBPD破乳性能的影响.表征结果显示,成功合成CBPD破乳剂.实验结果表明,三嵌段聚醚破乳剂与二嵌段聚醚破乳剂相比较,破乳效果更显著,其中制得的破乳剂CBPD-9性能最佳,针对w(水)=20%的原油乳液,ρ(CBPD-9)=150mg/L,破乳最佳温度为70℃,120min脱水率达90%. A series of cationic block polyether demulsifiers(CBPD)were synthesized with ethylene glycol(EG),epichlorohydrin(ECH),ethylene oxide(EO)and propylene oxide(PO)as the main raw materials.The structure of the demulsifier was characterized by FTIR and'H NMR.The effects of the amount of demulsifier,demulsification temperature and time on the demulsification performance of CBPD were investigated.Characterization results showed that CBPD demulsifier was successfully synthesized.The experimental results show that the demulsification effect of triple-block polyether demulsifier is more significant than that of diblock polyether demulsifier,and the demulsifier CBPD-9 has the best performance.When the concentration of CBPD-9 is 150 mg/L,the optimal demulsification temperature is 70 C,and the demulsification rate can reach 90%in 120 min for 20%crude oil emulsion.
