摘要
采用微波消解处理方法和原子吸收光谱法定量分析CO助燃剂中的铂元素。首先借助微波消解仪在200℃以王水体系充分处理难溶的CO助燃剂及等量的Al_(2)O_(3),并以Al2O。为基体配制铂的标准系列工作溶液,消除基体效应的干扰,然后利用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定铂的含量。测定结果表明,铂元素标准曲线的相关系数为0.9994,测定结果的相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.0%,加标回收率为98.3%~102.6%。同时,该方法的样品前处理过程仅需1~2h,有效节约了时间成本,且操作方法简单易行,消耗的试剂较少,节能环保,最关键的优势是有效降低了基体效应的干扰,具有较好的准确度和精密度。
The content of platinum in CO(carbon monoxide)com bustion promoter was quantitatively analyzed by microwave digestion and atomic absorption spectrometry.Firstly,the insoluble CO com bustion promoter and equal amount of Al_(2)O_(3)were fully treated by aqua regia system at 200℃with the help of microwave digestion instrument,and the standard curve of platinum was prepared with Al_(2)O_(3)as matrix to eliminate the interference of matrix effect.Then the content of platinum was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The experimental results showed that the correlation coefficient of standard curve for platinum was 0.9994.The relative standard deviation of the results(n=6)was 1.0%,and the corresponding recovery rate was 98.3%~102.6%.At the same time,the sample pretreatment process of the method only took 1~2 h,which effectively saved the time cost.Moreover the operation method was simple and easy,and the reagents consumed were less,which could save energy and protect the environment.And the most critical advantage of this method was to effectively reduce the interference of the matrix effect,with good accuracy and precision.
