基于响应面法的玉米秸秆纤维混凝土性能

摘要 为了研究玉米秸秆纤维对水泥混凝土性能的影响及纤维作用机理,基于响应面法构建三因素三水平Box-Behnken实验,以抗弯拉强度为响应指标确定φ(纤维)、纤维长度与w(NaOH)两两之间的交互作用并确定最优参数,在该参数下研究玉米秸秆纤维对水泥混凝土力学强度的影响。结果表明,3种因素对抗弯拉强度交互影响显著,最优的工艺参数组合为φ(纤维)=2.9%、纤维长度10.5 mm、w(NaOH)=2.6%,此时抗弯拉强度为5.1 MPa;在最优参数下,与普通混凝土相比,纤维混凝土立方体抗压强度有所下降,但平均抗折强度显著提高约13.7%。 In order to study the effect of corn straw fiber on the performance of cement concrete and the mechanism of fiber action,a three-factor,three-level Box-Behnken test was constructed based on the response surface method to determine the interaction between fiber dosing,fiber length and alkali solution and determine the optimal parameters with the response index of flexural tensile strength,and the effect of corn straw fiber on the mechanical strength of cement concrete was studied under the optimal parameters.The results showed that the interaction between the three factors had a significant effect on the flexural tensile strength,and the optimal combination of process parameters was 2.9%fiber admixture,10.5 mm fiber length,and 2.6%sodium hydroxide solution concentration,at which the flexural tensile strength was 5.1 MPa.Under the optimal parameters,the cube compressive strength of fiber concrete decreased compared with that of ordinary concrete,but the average flexural strength increased significantly by about 13.7%.
