摘要
Fengycin是由革兰氏阳性芽孢杆菌通过非核糖体合成途径产生的次级代谢产物,属于脂肽类化合物,具有广谱抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤等功能,在农业、医药、食品等多个领域具有广阔的应用前景。但天然菌株产Fengycin效率低、生产成本高,严重限制了Fengycin的实际应用。本文在阐述Fengycin的生物合成基础上,重点综述了发酵工艺优化、诱变育种、基因工程理性设计等可以提高其产量合成的策略,为进一步提高Fengycin产量提供参考。
Fengycin is a secondary metabolite produced by Gram positive Bacillus through non ribosomal synthesis pathways.It belongs to lipopeptide compounds,with broad-spectrum antibacterial,antiviral and anti-tumor functions,and has broad application prospects in various fields such as agriculture,medicine and food.However,the low efficiency and high production cost of Fengycin produced by natural strains seriously limit its practical application.On the basis of elaborating on the biosynthesis of Fengycin,this article focuses on the optimization of fermentation process,mutation breeding,rational design of genetic engineering,and other strategies that can improve its yield synthesis,providing reference for further increasing Fengycin production.
