基于低碳生态城市的土地利用效益评价——以石家庄市为例

Evaluation of land use efficiency from the perspective of low-carbon ecological urban development:a case study of Shijiazhuang City

当前,城市可持续发展与生态环境问题日益突出,大力发展低碳城市,成为解决城市发展和生态建设问题的重要途径。本文以石家庄市为例,采用定性与定量相结合的方法,基于低碳生态城市视角,从经济效益、生态效益、社会效益三方面选取16个指标,构建城市土地利用效益评价指标体系。对石家庄市土地利用效益进行了分析和评价,结果表明,石家庄市土地利用综合效益整体呈上升趋势,其中,土地利用经济效益持续稳步增长,社会效益呈波动性增长趋势,生态效益起伏较大。研究结果对于进一步优化土地利用结构,提高土地利用效益具有重要意义。

At present,with the increasing prominence of urban sustainable development and ecological environmental issues,the vigorous development of low-carbon cities has become a crucial approach to addressing the challenges in urban development and ecological construction.Taking Shijiazhuang City as an example,based on the perspective of low-carbon eco-city,16 indicators are selected from three aspects of economic,ecological and social benefits to construct the evaluation index system of urban land use efficiency.The land use efficiency of Shijiazhuang City is analyzed and evaluated by combining qualitative and quantitative methods.The results indicate that the comprehensive land use efficiency in Shijiazhuang City is on an upward trend,with land use economic benefits steadily increasing,social benefits exhibiting fluctuating growth,and ecological benefits showing significant variations.The research findings have significant implications for further optimizing land use structure and enhancing land use efficiency.
