摘要
研究旨在调查棉花脱叶催熟剂对妊娠绵羊流产率的影响,并研究孕激素注射是否能够缓解这种损伤,以提供对绵羊繁殖性能的保护措施。根据棉茬地棉花脱叶催熟剂施药方式的不同,分为3个组进行试验:无人机施药组、人工施药棉茬地组和无施药棉茬地(对照)组。在2020—2022年期间,每年记录各组区域内羊群的受胎率和流产率等产羔相关数据。在孕激素恢复母羊繁殖性能的试验中,无人机施药棉茬地组和人工施药棉茬地组的能繁母羊在妊娠75,90,105 d后肌肉注射10 mg/mL孕激素试剂2 mL,对照组未注射孕激素试剂。结果表明:与对照组相比,使用棉花脱叶催熟剂的两个试验组母羊流产率增加,且无人机施药组母羊流产率高于人工施药棉茬地组;对妊娠75,90,105 d母羊肌肉注射孕激素,母羊流产率均有效降低,其中在妊娠90 d注射孕激素处理的流产率最低。综上,棉花脱叶催熟剂会导致母羊流产率升高,对母羊繁殖性能造成损害,降低生产效益;妊娠后90天注射孕激素,受损于棉花脱叶催熟剂的母羊繁殖性能恢复效果较好。
This study aimed to investigate the impact of cotton defoliant on the abortion rate of pregnant sheep and explore whether progesterone injections could alleviate this damage to provide protective measures for sheep reproductive performance.Based on different application methods of cotton defoliant in cotton stubble fields,the sheep was divided into three groups:drone application field group,manual application field group,and control group without defoliant application in cotton stubble fields.From 2020 to 2022,data of lambing,conception rate and abortion rate were recorded annually in each group.In the experiment on the recovery of reproductive performance in ewes treated with progesterone,breeding ewes from the drone application field group and manual application field group were intramuscularly administered with progesterone reagent of 2 mL with a concentration of 10 mg/mL per injection,at 75,90,and 105 d of pregnancy after mating,the control group was treated without progesterone injection.The results showed that compared with the control group,the abortion rate of ewes in the two experimental groups using cotton defoliating agent increased,and the abortion rate of ewes in the drone application group was higher than that in the the manual application group.Intramuscular injection of progesterone in ewes at 75,90,and 105 d of pregnancy effectively reduced the abortion rate,with the lowest rate observed in the group treated with progesterone injection at 90 days of pregnancy.In conclusion,cotton defoliant increased the abortion rate in ewes,causing damage to their reproductive performance and reducing production efficiency.Application of progesterone administration at 90 d of pregnancy proved to be an effective way of recovering sheep reproductive performance damaged by cotton defoliant.
