摘要
建筑垃圾微粉作为建筑垃圾100%绿色化应用的至关重要的一部分,越来越受到人们重视。但建筑垃圾微粉低胶凝活性制约了其工程应用,而碱性激发剂可有效激发微粉的火山灰活性,现已经成为相关领域的热点。总结了建筑垃圾再生微粉碱激发胶凝材料的物理化学特性、碱激发剂影响、力学性能、工作性能、耐久性能的国内外现状,并进行了讨论与展望。梳理了建筑垃圾再生微粉胶凝材料的微观粒型与化学成分对其宏观性能的影响因素。以期解决建筑垃圾微粉凝胶活性差、难以再利用等问题,为其实现资源化、绿色化应用提供参考。
Construction waste micronized powder is gaining more and more attention as a crucial part of the 100%green application of construction waste.However,the low cementing activity of construction waste micronized powder restricts its engineering application,and alkaline exciter can effectively stimulate the volcanic ash activity of micronized powder,which has now become a hot spot in related fields.It summarizes the physicochemical properties,alkaline exciter effect,mechanical properties,workability,and durability of construction waste recycled micropowder alkali-activated cementitious material at home and abroad,and discusses and prospects.The factors affecting the macroscopic properties of the microscopic particle size and chemical composition of the construction waste recycled micronized gelling materials are sorted out.In order to solve the problems of poor activity and difficult reuse of construction waste micropowder gel,and to provide reference for its resourcefulness and green application.
