摘要
针对某煤矿卸载站卸载深梁的安全性问题,提出了一种混凝土梁体新的加固方法——内削外补法,形成了梁体内削外补的加固技术。针对该种加固技术的特点、施工条件和工期的要求,选择了一种高性能水泥基灌浆料。考虑掺水率和养护龄期等因素,进行了混凝土与灌浆料界面黏结剪切性能试验。以卸载深梁为原型,进行了内削外补加固缩比梁的正截面抗弯性能试验。研究结果表明:采用内削外补法对梁体进行加固可以明显提高梁的承载力。
Aiming at the safety problem of unloading deep beam in a coal mine unloading station,a new method of internal broaching and external patching strengthing the concrete beams was put forward in view of the importance of unloading beams,which affected the normal operation of unloading station,in turn,the reinforcement technology of strengthing beams internal broaching and external patching method was formed.Considering the feature of this method,the condition under construction and the time limit,the high-performance cementitious grouting material was used.With the different water mixing ratio and the various curing ages,the interfacial bonding properties between cementitious grouting material and the old concrete were investigated.At the same time,taking the unloading beams for prototype,the cross-section flexural properties of reduced scale ratio beams using the reinforcement method of internal broaching and external patching were also investigated.The results show that using the reinforcement method of internal broaching and external patching can significantly improve the ultimate bearing capacity of beam.
