有砟道床无害化防污染整治研究

摘要 在铁路路煤运输过程中,会有煤灰和小煤块散落到线路上,随着振动逐渐进入道砟间隙,改变了道床的级配关系,严重危及行车安全。创新性研制出低成本高耐久的无机复合材料,在原有基层上铺设10~50 mm的泡沫水泥,将该复合材料作为富有弹性功能的膜材料铺设在泡沫水泥表层,起到阻挡煤粉对道砟空隙侵入的效果,这对保证铁路安全运营与铁路隧道养护维修技术的发展具有十分重要的实际意义。 In the process of railway road coal transportation,there will be coal ash and small coal blocks scattered on the line,with the vibration gradually into the gap between the road,changed the relationship between the road bed,seriously endangering the safety of driving.Innovative development of low-cost high-durability inorganic composite materials,in the original grass-roots laying from 10 mm to 50 mm foam cement,the composite material as a flexible function of the membrane material laid on the surface of foam cement,play an effect to prevent coal powder to the tunnel gap invasion,which is to ensure the safe operation of railway and railway tunnel maintenance technology development has great practical significance.
