职业化是高职公共英语教学改革的方向,职业素质教育是提升学生核心竞争力的关键。目前公共英语教学理念相对滞后,依然沿用传统的教学模式,偏离职业本位要求,这些都不利于培养学生的实际英语应用能力,亟须构建出符合职场实际需求并具有高职特色的教学模式。将职业素质教育融入高职公共英语教学改革可以提高教学的针对性,帮助学生树立正确的职业观,真正实现学以致用的目的。

Professionalism is the direction of public English teaching reform in higher vocational colleges and professional quality education is the key to enhancing students' core competitiveness.The idea of public English teaching is relatively backward,and the traditional teaching mode is still used,which deviates from the requirements of vocational standard and is not conducive to cultivating students' practical English application ability.It is urgent to construct a teaching mode that accords with the actual needs of the workplace and has the characteristics of higher vocational education.Integrating professional quality education into the reform of public English teaching in higher vocational colleges can improve the pertinence of teaching,helping students establish correct career concept and apply what they have learned to the practice.
