高校毕业生专业转换技能培训研究

摘要 职业技能培训是高职院校服务社会的重要环节,受训群体来自不同的区域、行业背景及社会阶层,具有社会分布广、年龄跨度大等特点,如何根据这些群体的特点最大限度地提供高质量职业技能培训意义深远。选取高校毕业生群体为研究对象,通过对高校毕业生专业转换技能培训的研究,以点带面,为我国高职院校特色技能培训研究领域贡献学术价值。 Vocational skills training is an important link for vocational colleges to serve society.The trainees coming from different regions,industry backgrounds and social strata are characterized by wide social distribution and wide age span.It is of far-reaching significance to provide high-quality vocational skills training according to the characteristics of these groups.This paper selects college graduates and contributes academic value to the research field of characteristic skills training in higher vocational colleges through the study of professional conversion skills training of college graduates.
