新时代高职院校提升劳动教育实效路径研究

Study on the Path of Improving the Effectiveness of Labor Education in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

提升高职院校劳动教育实效,能促进劳动教育高质高效开展,真正发挥劳动教育重要价值与作用。从切实落实家、校、社三方协同劳动教育,多元劳动教育主体定期参与系统培训,落实劳动教育各环节“全程性”,增强劳动教育课程内容的系统化规范化程度,劳动教育与职业精神有效融合等几方面提出提升劳动教育实效路径以增进新时代高职院校劳动教育效果。

Improving the effectiveness of labor education in higher vocational colleges can promote the high-quality labor education,and truly give play to the important value and role of labor education.This paper proposes methods to improve the effectiveness of labor education in higher vocational colleges in the new era,including the tripartite cooperative labor education of home,school and community,regular participation of multiple labor education subjects in systematic training and implementation of the“ whole process” of labor education,the enhancement of the systematic standardization of labor education course content,and the effective integration of labor education and vocational spirit.
