街道空间品质测度与影响因素研究——以西安古城为例

摘要 定量测度街道空间品质特征并精准识别其影响因素,是存量发展时代高品质公共空间营造的重要举措。鉴于此,以西安古城为研究对象,结合新兴大数据,综合运用TOPSIS和地理探测器等方法,定量探究空间品质特征及其影响因素。结果表明:(1)不同影响因子得分在空间分布上差异显著,商业区、新建住宅片区大部分指标得分好于老旧居住区,交通性道路表现优于生活性道路。(2)各街区C_(i)均值小于0.3,总体街道空间品质不佳,东部片区整体质量高于中、西部片区,空间上呈现“三横两纵”的“核心-边缘”结构。(3)街道空间品质的解释力强度分别为:街道魅力度>可达性>街道形态>街道活力,街道魅力度是决定街道空间品质的主导因子。(4)街道空间品质受多因子复杂耦合作用,作用类型包括非线性增强和双因子增强2种,街道魅力度内部各因子间的交互作用效果明显强于其他因子间的交互作用。 Quantitative measurement of street space quality characteristics and accurate identification of its influencing factors are important measures to create high-quality public space in the era of stock development.In view of this,the ancient city of Xi'an is taken as the research object and its space quality characteristics and influencing factors are quantitatively explored by comprehensively employing TOPSIS and Geodetector methods in combination with the emerging big data.The results are as follows:(1)there are significant differences in the spatial distribution of the scores of different influencing factors;commercial and newly built residential areas score better than the old residential areas in most indicators,and the performance of traffic roads is superior to that of life roads;(2)the average C_(i) value of each block is less than 0.3,indicating poor street space quality on the whole;the overall quality of street space quality in the eastern area is higher than that in the central and western areas,presenting a“core-edge”structure of“three horizontals and two verticals;(3)the explanatory power intensity of street space quality is in the sequence of“Street Charm>Accessibility>Street Form>Street Vitality”and Street Charm is the dominant factor that determines street space quality;(4)the street space quality is affected by complex coupling effects of multiple factors,including nonlinear enhancement and double enhancement;the interaction effect among the internal factors of Street Charm is significantly stronger than the interaction effect among other factors.
