教师专业素养与初中生学业成就的关系:学习投入的中介作用

Relationship Between Teachers’Professional Quality and Junior High School Students’Academic Achievement:Mediating Effect of Learning Engagement

摘要 以班级为单位共选取18个初中班级中54名教师和864名初中生作为研究被试,采用教师专业素养量表、学习投入量表和学业成就问卷进行数据收集,运用多层线性模型(HLM)进行多层中介效应检验。结果发现:教师专业素养对初中学生学业成就具有显著的正向预测作用,即教师专业素养水平越高,初中生学业成就越高;学习投入在教师专业素养与学生学业成就之间起到部分的中介作用,即教师专业素养水平通过影响初中生的学业投入程度进而影响了学生的学业成就。 In this study,a total of 54 teachers and 864 junior high school students from 18 junior high school classes were selected as research subjects.Data were collected by teacher professional quality scale,learning investment scale and academic achievement questionnaire.And multilevel linear model(HLM)was used to conduct multilevel mediating effect test.The results show that teachers’professional quality has a significant positive predictive effect on the academic achievement of junior high school students,that is,the higher the level of teachers’professional quality,the higher the academic achievement of junior high school students.Learning engagement plays a partial mediating role between teachers’professional quality and students’academic achievement,that is,teachers’professional quality affects students’academic achievement by affecting their academic engagement.
