河北省特殊教育高质量发展的现实基础及提升路径

河北省特殊教育高质量发展取得了显著成效:特殊教育学校数量稳中有增,规模扩大;在校特殊学生数量增加;特殊教育学校专任教师数量增加、学历提高。但同时有着现实的困境:初中及以上年级特殊学生数量下降,女生比例偏低;特殊教育师资数量不足等。切实促进河北省特殊教育高质量发展,需进一步办好特殊学生职业教育;提高随班就读学生教育质量;保障特殊女童的受教育权利;加大特殊教育师资培养及聘用力度。

The significant achievements made in the high-quality development of special education in Hebei Province:The number of special education schools has steadily increased and their scale has expanded;the number of special students on campus has increased;the number of full-time teachers in special education schools has increased and their academic qualifications have improved.But at the same time,there were real dilemmas:the number of special students in junior middle school and above has decreased,and the proportion of female students is relatively low;The number of special education teachers is insufficient,etc.To effectively promote the high-quality development of special education in Hebei Province,it is necessary to further improve vocational education for special students,improve the quality of education for student study in regular class,ensure the education right of special girls and strengthen the training and employment of special education teachers.
