摘要
车载充电机是装配在电动汽车上的充电设备,其主要功能是为车载动力电池充电,是纯电动汽车和插电式混合动力电动汽车的重要零部件,使其具有高效的性能指标是各车企及零部件供应商发展研究的重点方向。文章针对某款3.3 kW车载充电机,通过使用基于基波等效法创建模型,推导传递函数,依据传递函数选择合适的谐振参数,提升其转换效率。实验结果表明,该方案具有良好的性能和可靠性,能够满足电动汽车的充电需求。文章的研究成果对于推动电动汽车的发展和普及具有重要意义。
The on-board charger is a charging device installed on electric vehicle,and its main function is to charge the on-board power battery.It is an important component of pure electric vehicle and plug-in hybrid electric vehicle,and making it have efficient performance indicators is a key research direction for various vehicle companies and component suppliers.The article focuses on a certain 3.3 kW car charger.By using the fundamental wave equivalent method to create a model,the transfer function is derived,and appropriate resonance parameters are selected based on the transfer function to improve its conversion efficiency.The experimental results show that the scheme has good performance and reliability,and can meet the charging needs of electric vehicle.The research results of this article are of great significance for promoting the development and popularization of electric vehicle.
