成都市新能源乘用车售后服务发展现状分析

Analysis of the Development Status of After-sales Service of New Energy Passenger Vehicles in Chengdu

文章主要以新能源汽车售后服务发展现状及发展趋势为目标。通过调研,了解四川省成都市新能源汽车售后服务现状,调研结果发现目前成都市新能源汽车售后存在技术维修难、网点分布较少、维修保养价格偏高及维修人员专业的不足等问题,得出国内新能源汽车后市场应及时出台相关服务政策,加快解决三电维修技术的难点和建立售后服务体系的重要性。该研究为推动全国新能源汽车售后服务高质量发展提供参考,全国应建立健全售后服务体系、提升维修人才储备、强化动力电池检测、提升企业售后服务能力以及满足消费需求是新能源汽车售后服务发展的必要条件。

This article mainly focuses on the current status and development trends of after-sales service for new energy vehicles.Through research,we have gained an understanding of the current after-sales service status of new energy vehicles in Chengdu,Sichuan Province.The research results have found that there are problems with technical maintenance difficulties,limited network distribution,high maintenance prices,and insufficient professional maintenance personnel in Chengdu's new energy vehicle after-sales service.Therefore,it is necessary to promptly introduce relevant service policies in the domestic new energy vehicle after-sales market,accelerate the resolution of the difficulties in the three electric maintenance technology,and the importance of establishing an after-sales service system.This paper provides a reference for promoting the high-quality development of after-sales service for new energy vehicles in China.China should establish a sound after-sales service system,enhance the reserve of maintenance talents,strengthen power battery testing,enhance enterprise after-sales service capabilities,and meet consumer needs,which are necessary conditions for the development of after-sales service for new energy vehicles.
