摘要
轨道车辆运行的安全性与否很高程度上与车体的稳定性与牢固性有关,而稳定性主要通过各部件间的焊接性能决定,不同的焊接材料、焊接工艺以及焊接方式对车辆的焊接性能有不同的影响。目前,国内外对于高速动车组、城际列车和地铁等不同速度级车型在采用焊接材料与焊接工艺等方面所引用的标准存在多方面的差异。部分技术领域完全引用国外的标准,为了填补这方面的空白并提高我国自身产品出口的话语权,需要对国内外标准进行研究分析,制定自己的标准。
The safety of rail vehicle operation is related to the stability and firmness of the car body to a high degree,and the stability is mainly determined by the welding performance of various components.Different welding materials,welding processes and welding methods have different effects on the welding performance of the vehicle.At present,there are many differences between domestic and foreign standards for welding materials and welding processes for highspeed EMUs,intercity trains and subways.In order to fill the gap in this area and improve the voice of our own products exports,we need to study and analyze domestic and foreign standards and develop our own standards.
