全员参与管理模式在生殖医学科医生中的应用价值

摘要 目的探究全员参与管理模式在生殖医学科医生中的应用效果。方法选择2020年11月—2022年12月武汉大学人民医院生殖医学中心在职医生25名,根据时间不同分为管理前(2020年11月—2021年11月)和管理后(2021年12月—2022年12月)两组,管理前执行传统管理模式,管理后执行全员参与管理模式,对比管理前后医生笔试得分、临床思维能力、工作投入度。结果管理后医生笔试得分成绩显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后医生莱斯特评估表LAP评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后医生工作投入量表UWES评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生殖医学科医生应用全员参与管理模式可显著提高其笔试成绩、改善临床思维能力以及工作投入度。 Objective To explore the application effect of full participation management mode in reproductive medicine doctors.Methods 25 doctors in the Reproductive Medicine Center of Wuhan University People's Hospital were selected from November 2020 to December 2022.According to different time periods,they were classified as pre-management(November 2020 to November 2021)and post-management(December 2021 to December 2022).Before management,traditional management mode was implemented,and after management,full participation management was implemented.The doctor's written test scores,clinical thinking abilities,and work engagement before and after management were compared.Results The written test score of doctors after management was significantly higher than that before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Leicester Assessment Package(LAP)score after management was significantly higher than that before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale(UWES)score after management was significantly higher than that before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of full participation management model can significantly improve the written test scores,clinical thinking ability and work commitment of doctors in the department of reproductive medicine.
