护理缺陷和经验分享在手术室护理风险管理中的应用

Application of Nursing Defects and Experience Sharing in Operating Room Nursing Risk Management

目的分析手术室护理管理中采取护理缺陷及经验分享对风险管理的效果。方法选取2022年1—12月德州陵城区人民医院的手术室护理人员40名作为研究对象,通过随机数表法分为对照组、观察组,各20名,对照组采取常规护理管理模式,观察组采取护理缺陷和经验分享风险管理模式,对比两组护理人员的护理缺陷率、护理管理质量及护理人员对管理模式的满意度。结果观察组护理人员缺陷率比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理管理质量评分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理管理中采取护理缺陷、经验分享护理风险管理模式可提升护理人员的工作质量,降低护理工作的缺陷率。

Objective To analyze the effect of nursing defects and experience sharing on risk management in operating room nursing management.Methods 40 nurses in the operating room of Dezhou Lingcheng District People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 20 in each group.The control group adopted the routine nursing management mode,while the observation group adopted the nursing defect and experience sharing risk management mode.The nursing defect rate,nursing management quality and nursing staff's satisfaction with management mode were compared between the two groups.Results The defect rate of nurses in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing management quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting nursing defect and experience sharing nursing risk management mode in operating room nursing management can improve the quality of nursing staff and reduce the defect rate of nursing work.
